Roles and Responsibilities:
- Product and Solution Consulting for prospects in the payments/fintech domain.
- RFP management - Actively involved with the sales team in various aspects of the pre-sales
cycle including - Gathering market competition and customer information, Responding to
- Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, Proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with different internal/external teams to identify the business pains to offer a
solution in line with the client project requirement.
- Create Storyboard for Product Demonstrations.
- Create Pitch Decks - Product/Solution Presentations.
- Solution presentation including Pre-sales activity as well as product demos.
- Support product sales as a techno-functional and domain expert.
- New requirements/suggestions to the product team about product enhancements that
address customer needs and drive additional business value.
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
- 4+ years of presales solution consulting experience in the payments/fintech.
- Proficiency with the Product based platforms.
- Possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills in writing and presenting to business and technical decision-makers and potential clients.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners and tech teams
